🛒 How ordering works
- Browse our shop at northandink.com and choose your design, size and colour.
- Add your items to the basket and check out securely.
- You'll get an order confirmation email straight away, and another email with tracking once your order is on its way.
🖨️ Made to order, just for you
Every item is printed to order by our print partner, so nothing sits in a warehouse. Please allow a little production time before your order is dispatched. You'll find current timescales in Delivery & Shipping: Costs and Timescales.
🚚 Delivery
We deliver across the UK and internationally. Delivery costs and options are shown at checkout.
🎄 Christmas 2026 last order dates
- UK Standard: Wednesday 16 December
- UK Express: Friday 18 December
- International: Friday 4 December
↩️ Returns and problems with an order
- You can return most items within 30 days.
- Personalised items aren't refundable, unless they arrive faulty, damaged or not as described.
- If something arrives damaged or faulty, please let us know within 7 days of the expected delivery date, with a photo, and we'll put it right.
