⏱️ How long will my order take?
Your order goes through two stages.
1. Production: typically 2–7 business days. During busy periods, holidays or promotional events, production may take a little longer.
2. Delivery (after production is complete):
- United Kingdom, Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days
- International orders: typically 5–15 business days, depending on the destination
Delivery estimates are a guide rather than a guarantee. They can be affected by things outside our control, such as the weather, customs processing, courier delays and peak seasonal demand.

We primarily ship within the United Kingdom. The delivery options and the exact cost for your order are always shown at checkout before you pay.
🚚 Who delivers my order?
Depending on the product and where it's going, your order may be delivered by Royal Mail, Evri, DPD, DHL, UPS or another local or international courier partner.
📦 Ordered more than one item?
Products can be made at different production facilities, so:
- items may arrive separately
- you may receive more than one tracking number
- delivery dates may vary between products
🌍 Customs and import fees
For international orders, any customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by your local authorities are the customer's responsibility. We're not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
🏠 Please check your address
Please make sure your delivery address is correct when you order. We can't guarantee changes once an order has entered production, and extra delivery charges may apply if an order has to be sent again.
