🕘 Our Christmas opening hours
Our normal opening hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (UK time). We're closed at weekends and on bank holidays (25 Dec, 28 Dec, 1 Jan). Outside the dates below, we're open our usual hours, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (UK time).

You can still place orders on northandink.com while we're closed. Messages sent while we're closed are answered on our next working day, in the order they arrive.

Every North & Ink product is made to order, so your order goes through two stages:
- Production: typically 2–7 business days. During busy periods and holidays, production may take a little longer.
- Delivery (after production): UK Standard Shipping takes 2–5 business days. International orders typically take 5–15 business days, depending on the destination.
Delivery estimates are a guide, not a guarantee. They can be affected by things outside our control, such as the weather, customs and peak seasonal demand, so please order as early as you can. Our production partners and couriers may also close over Christmas, which can add a few days to delivery.
