We make every item especially for you, so if something needs to change, please get in touch as soon as possible.
✏️ Need to change something?
Email support@northandink.com or call 0330 043 4513 (Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm UK time) and include:
- your order number
- what you'd like to change (for example, size or delivery address)
Once an order has entered production, we can't guarantee that changes can be made. If an order has to be sent again because of an incorrect address, extra delivery charges may apply.
❌ Want to cancel?
Please contact us straight away with your order number and we'll let you know what's possible for your order.
Shipping to the European Union? If your order is being shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without giving a justification. The item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging, and you'll need your receipt or proof of purchase.
