- Email: Email us your idea at support@northandink.com. If you write to us yourself, please start the subject with "Product idea" so it reaches the right people.
- Chat: send us a message using the chat bubble on northandink.com.
A few words is plenty. Tell us what you'd like and, if you can, why it would be useful to you.
🔒 Please don't send confidential designs
Please don't send us artwork, designs or plans that are confidential or that you want to keep as your own. A short description of your idea is all we need.

🔎 What happens next
Our team reads every idea and shares it with the people who look after our products and website. We'll let you know where your idea stands:
- Under review: we've received your idea and we're thinking it over.
- Planned: we're planning to make it happen.
- Launched: it's here! We'll tell you where to find it.
- Not right now: it isn't right for us at the moment, but we keep every idea on file.
We can't make every idea, and we can't always give a date, but we'll always be honest about where things stand. You can see what we're working on in What's coming.
🤝 A note on ideas
We're so grateful for every idea you share. Ideas are given freely, with no payment or credit. Lots of customers suggest similar things, and we may already be working on something alike, so we can't promise to use any one idea.
