🗣️ 1. Tell us about your project
Get in touch through our website contact form, email hello@northandink.com or call 0330 043 4513 (Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm UK time). If you're already working with us on a project, email support@northandink.com. Helpful details to include:
- your business name and project goals
- your preferred timeline and budget expectations
- any existing website or brand assets
- examples of styles you like
📋 2. Consultation and proposal
We'll talk through your objectives, design preferences and technical and content needs, and then send a clear proposal setting out the services we recommend.
💳 3. Approval and payment
Before work begins, you'll receive a quotation or proposal, the project scope, an estimated timeline and payment information. Once you approve it, any required deposit or setup fee must be received before project work starts.
📁 4. Files and content
We'll ask for what we need, such as logos, brand guidelines, images and copy. Common file types include JPG, PNG, PDF, DOCX, AI, EPS, SVG, MP4 and ZIP.
✅ 5. Drafts, review and delivery
You'll see concepts, drafts and progress updates along the way, and can request any agreed revisions at the review stage. Once approved, your completed project is delivered. Any login or access details are provided securely.
